Yeadon, like all their Bradford League First Division colleagues, were left Idle on Saturday when rain and waterlogged pitches saw the programme abandoned.
Yeadon will be quite happy with the start they have made following their promotion last season losing only two of their nine games.
They look forward to cup action on Sunday, June 18, when they entertain Baildon, one of the sides they defeated on their way to the Priestley Cup final last season.
Baildon are a good side currently lying third in Division One and they have match winners such as Richard Robinson and John Marshall.
The remainder of the quarter-final draw is - Pudsey Congs v Yorkshire Bank, Lightcliffe v Hanging Heaton, East Bierley v Bradford and Bingley.
Bradford and Bingley also have a Black Sheep Yorkshire Champions Trophy game to fit in before July 9. The trophy holders have been drawn at home to fellow Bradford League side Hanging Heaton in the second round.
Halifax Town footballer James Stansfield will skipper the Bradford League side in their White Rose Trophy second round game against the central Yorkshire League at Batley on Sunday (1.30 pm).
Esholt have three representatives in the side in Danny Gaunt, Andrew Luxton and Michael Oldfield. Former Yeadon all-rounder Craig Hunt now with Idle is in the side as is former Guiseley junior Matthew Duce, the Baildon wicketkeeper.
There was action in the Bradford League on Sunday when Second Division games were played but Esholt were not in action as there is an odd number of teams in the division.
Spen Victoria batsman Grant Lambert has already passed the thousand runs mark for the season. The 22 year-old Australian opener has scored 1,076 runs in 11 league and cup innings and has an amazing average of 153.71.
He has notched 742 league runs and is well on course to break the league record of 1,428 held by Drighlington's Iqbal Khan.
