Baildon narrowed the gap on Farsley with a four wicket defeat against the previously unbeaten leaders.
Farsley were bowled out for a mere 80 with John Goldthorp top scorer with 27. Michael Royce then scored 28 as Baildon lost six wickets in achieving their target.
Baildon's four point win leaves them four points behind Farsley while Pudsey Congs are nicely posed for a second half of season challenge.
Congs showed their title credentials as they raced to a ten wicket win over Horsforth.
The visitors made 115 for six with Kenrick Marshall top scorer with 48 supported by Simon Collins (39, but that total proved to be totally inadequate as openers Barbar Butt (84no) and Australian Grant Lambert (29no) led Congs to their comfortable victory.
Pudsey St Lawrence's batsmen were in prime form, making 191 for four at St Chads' Otley Road ground and win by 104 runs.
Pudsey owed much to their guests, former players Chris Gott (66) and James Goldthorp (48) who both captain other Saturday sides, Gott (Skipton) and Goldthorp (Yorkshire Bank). David Winter took three for 20 as St Chads replied with 87 for three.
Adel included their former Australian pace bowler, Richard McCarthy who now plays for Bradford & Bingley and their new Australian 'find' Shane Harwood for their home match against Meanwood.
Batting first, Adel made 143 for seven with David Standring making 41 and Harwood 31. Meanwood's left arm spinner, Ian Gibson took the eye with four for 48, including McCarthy, Harwood and Standring.
Meanwood lost a wicket to McCarthy in the first over of their innings and he went on to finish with three for 15 as the visitors were restricted to 90 for seven to give Adel a 53-run win, their seventh of the season.
Meanwood's top scorer was Graham Child with 39 not out.
