Steeton pulled off a dramatic last-ball run out to tie with Beckwithshaw who looked odds-on to take victory.
The Harrogate club's batsmen had taken a tight grip on the game, but the Steeton attack showed resilience and staged a superb fight back.
The Summerhill side batted first and reach 212-6 with superb contributions from Aussie Matt Pinninger who celebrated his return to form with an impressive 85 and was backed up by Alex Howarth who was 65 not out as they shared a superb second wicket partnership.
However on such a hot day and with a good wicket the total proved difficult to defend. Stuart Hudson claimed six for 110 off his 25 overs. The home side wanted just three runs off the last over but Andrew Smith came up trumps with the superb run out on the last ball.
Silsden suffered a 165-run defeat with Paddy Coulin leading Adel's batting attack with 49. They set a target of 254-7 and the Cobbydale side were soon in trouble. The first wicket fell with just one run on the board and after a mini-recovery took them to 2-30 disaster struck. The next four wickets fell with just two runs added and only a late knock of 32 from Andy Pullen saved them from complete humiliation.
Silsden 2nds recovered from 20 for six after 14 overs to score 125 all out and earn the second tie of the day, against local rivals Addingham.
The recovery revolved around an innings of 66 not out from skipper Ian Sagar which included 13 fours and a six. He was well supported by juniors Tom Hodgson, with whom he added 28, and Matthew Shuttleworth, who helped put on 46.
Graham Barton took 6-321 for Addingham and their reply began serenely and at 49 without loss is looked all over for the home side. A run out by Hanson provided the turning point and the rot set on as Addingham's innings collapsed to 74-7.
The odds were then on a Silsden win but Graham Barton scored 27 not out against his former club and took the scores level before David Wall skittled the last man. Wall ended with five for 31 and young Chris Walker took 4-30 in 21 overs.
Steeton 2nds secured a six wicket victory over Beckwithshaw with some superb fielding which saw seven of the visiting batsmen fall to catches. J Emmott finished with seven wickets as Beckwithshaw were dismissed for 110.
After losing their first wicket with just two runs on the board John Chapman (30) steadied the ship and Oliver Gledhill scored a match-winning 51 not out.
