Thornton extended their lead at the top of the table after squeezing to victory in a tight match against Harden.

Anthony Bairstow top scored for Harden with 82 as they scored 206 with Joe Blencoe taking six for 43. Chasing the double-century target Thornton reached victory with two wickets to spare, with in-form Andy Hutchinson scoring 65.

Bingley Congs pulled off a five wicket win over Oxenhope. Lee Humphreys produced a fighting innings of 55 and Tony Ousey added an undefeated 24 late in the innings. Simon Hagerty took four for 25 and the total of 157-8 was always going to be difficult to defend. Andy Copping top scored for Bingley as they secured the win.

Culingworth pulled off an impressive eight-wicket win over Haworth Road after the visitors had posted a target of 188-6.

Opener Steve Welch batted throughout the innings for 96 and was backed up by Nick Nunn (33) and Mick Jones (45 not out) as Cullingworth cruised to victory.

Ingrow came in for some heavy punishment when theyfaced Second Divison leaders Girlington who maded a massive 279-8. Mohammed Naqui had no mercy as he plundered the bowling for 129 before becoming the prize wicket of M Sullivan.

Naqui added insult to injury by taking five wickets for 45 as Ingrow were bowled out for 137 with only D Hoyle (45no) showing any real fight.

Riddlesden stretched their unbeaten run to six games after fighting for a point against Wilsden.

The visitors batted first and set Riddlesden a target of 189-6 thanks to a nice knock of 68 from N Jagger. Solid performances from Brett (33), Taylor (29) and Khan (29) set a good foundation, but Riddlesden had to settle for a point after losing quick wickets.

Ingrow 2nds suffered the same fate as their first team, facing a total of 249 after Girlington declared with five wickets down.

Ali was the pick of the Girlington batsmen with 72 not out.

Oxenhope 2nds just missed out in their run-chase after Bingley Congs left them facing a total of 177-6 following J Hill's innings of 88. Ian Jowett scored 53 in the replay, but they fell 21 runs short.
