actors went from temple to church as they performed a play based on the traditions of ancient Japan.
Students of Keighley Resource Centre presented The Midnight Magicians of Atlantis in Haworth Parish Church.
The half-hour show was set in the modern world but inspired by the Noh dramas which were staged in ancient shrines and temples.
Adults with learning disabilities who attend the centre devised Midnight Magicians with their drama group leader Tony Homyer.
They portrayed a fable of two boys from different cultural backgrounds who share a dream.
Performances earlier this summer were well received and led to invitations to perform in other places, including the church, local schools and Skipton Castle.
Tony says the church proved a wonderful and appropriate setting for the last performance.
The Resource Centre drama group moves to Keighley Art Factory next month when members will prepare a challenging new production.
