Saltaire's reputation as a commercial property hotspot has gained momentum with the completion of the latest warehouse conversion.
The restoration has taken place at Merchant's Quay - a former canal-side wool warehouse.
Dacre, Son & Hartley, the estate agents handling the property, said the heritage status site, built by philanthropist textile merchant Sir Titus Salt, was being returned to commerce and industry.
A spokesman said the waterside setting was particularly attractive as the units cost almost half the price to rent as the equivalent in Leeds.
The warehouse was owned by Bradford Council which has retained a 20 per cent interest in the property.
The work was carried out by Blue Ice Property Development after the plans had been drawn up by Halliday and Clark.
