OXBRIDGE-BOUND - that's Rawdon pupil Peter Barker, who is pictured with his A-level results.
The Benton Park student gained an impressive four A grades and an A Grade AS Level and was one of many success stories in Wharfedale, Aireborough and Horsforth.
Four other Benton Park youngsters got four A grades as the school recorded its second best ever results.
Other schools in the area also reported excellent results. At Horsforth School, Simon Swaine gained five A grades and intends to join fellow pupil Natalie Wood, also with five A grades, at Keble College, Oxford.
Guiseley School's Louise Davidson notched up five A grades and the school, like Prince Henry's Grammar School at Otley, had a number of pupils with four A grades.
Christian Kinane achieved four A grades at Menston's St Mary's Comprehensive School, while three girls could boast three A-grades each.
Over at Leeds Girls' High School, Laura Cobden us heading for Jesus College, Cambridge, with five A-grades. Altogether, nine pupils at the school gained straight A-grades.
