Tens of thousands of music fans are expected to descend on Bingley at the weekend for one of Yorkshire's biggest free events.
Veteran soul singer Edwin Starr will top the bill at the annual Music at Myrtle concert on Saturday.
Also performing at Myrtle Park will be Seventies nostalgia band Disco Inferno and Village People tribute act the New Recruits.
On Sunday, the stage will be taken over by the annual Party in the Park, geared to younger music fans.
Headlining will be chart band Madison Avenue, with other acts lined up including girl band Made in London, the Dum Dums, Fierce and Nu Generation. Kristine Blonde, Scandal and Word On The Street are also on the bill.
The bands on both days will perform on a purpose-built stage on the park's lower meadow, close to the River Aire.
Since first being established by Bradford Council a decade ago, Music At Myrtle has become one of the most successful free music events in the region.
Former Motown hit-maker Edwin Starr, who is best known for songs such as War, Contact, Stop Her On Sight and H.A.P.P.Y Radio, follows in the footsteps of previous acts such as Showaddywaddy, the Glitter Band, Acker Bilk and Smokie, who have all performed at the event in the past.
Starr found himself back in the charts earlier this summer after teaming up with Leeds band the Utah Saints on their Top 30 single Funky Music.
Among those letting their hair down at the weekend will be Bradford Councillor Anne Hawkesworth, the Executive Member for the Environment.
"This is the biggest free live event music event for miles around with a growing reputation for its lively mix of music," she said.
"The event aims to offer something to suit most musical tastes which helps make it a great outdoor event for both families and music lovers."
More than 40,000 people were at Music at Myrtle in 1999 to enjoy one of the hottest weekends of the year.
Saturday's event starts at 6pm, with a fireworks display rounding off the entertainment at 10pm. On Sunday, the music starts at 2pm and will run until 6pm.
l Don't miss Saturday's Telegraph & Argus for an exclusive interview with singing legend Edwin Starr about his surprise return to the pop charts this year.
