Bradford Bulls coach Matthew Elliott admits it will be a massive boost to have skipper Robbie Paul back for the climax to the Super League season.
The Kiwi is still the club's top try scorer this term with 18 tries despite missing the last five games with two broken ribs.
He is set to return for the final scheduled league game at Hull on Sunday.
But despite a man-of-the-match performance from Paul Deacon in Friday night's 14-12 win over arch rivals Leeds Rhinos, Elliott says: "I am really looking forward to seeeing Robbie on the park at Hull.
"Robbie was our form player before his injury and we are still missing some of his support play when we put holes in teams. He can also open up sides with a little burst or a pass."
Stuart Fielden is also expected back at the Boulevard after being left out on Friday due to an ankle injury.
"It had been troubling Stuart a bit recently and he went over on it again at training on Thursday," says Elliott. "I thought Hudson Smith deputised in the front-row in magnificent style."
The Bulls Alliance side began their play-off campaign with a storming 62-20 win over Wakefield Trinity at Odsal on Saturday.
They now visit St Helens in the next phase on a day to be arranged this week.
Meanwhile, tickets are still available for the club's player of the year awards night at the Pennington Variety Club in Manning-ham Lane tomorrow night.
They cost £4 for adults and £2 concessions and are available from all Bulls outlets.
The entertainment starts at 7.30pm and the club is open until midnight.
