Firms are being offered a 24-hour call-centre service to boost their chances of picking up business at home and aborad.
West Yorkshire communications provider Link Telecom has been chosen by Vodafone to pilot a new call centre answering service across the region.
Firms will be able to have calls picked up by a call centre operative using their own company name at any time of the day or night.
Mike Bower, a director at the firm, said: "This service, through which every call is answered in person in the company's own name, can be tailored to meet individual requirements and is proving to be a cost-effective alternative to in-house services.
"A prompt and efficient telephone link is vital to make companies more accessible to their customers."
