Planners believe extensive shopping facilities are not needed in the town.

The report suggests Yorkshire's 94 undertakings be reduced to 11 administrative areas. Bradford's area would extend to the Settle and Skipton districts and would take in Keighley, Pudsey, Silsden, Bingley and Shipley.
