There's nothing on at Cliffe Castle this autumn.
And it's only the bare-faced cheek of museum bosses that lets them get away with it.
Their latest exhibition doesn't have a stitch on -- it's a display of paintings, drawings and sculpture celebrating the nude figure.
The pieces in the exhibition, In The Buff, have been gathered from across Bradford council's collections.
The curator of the exhibition says Bradford has a stunning collection of nudes and it's time they saw the light of day.
"We are not exclusive, both the male and female nude are on show and there is something for everyone.
"The study of the nude was considered a major part of a student's training and often artists and sculptors made preliminary studies of nudes before they draped them in clothing."
Early works include a study for a final figure of St Christopher by Guido Reni, an Old Master, and a 19th century bronze reproduction of a marble figure from the Parthenon.
Moving into the 20th century, there are pictures by Eric Gill, an artist associated with controversy for mixing nudity, sexuality and religion.
Also on show is York artist William Etty's image of a male rear view, Augustus John's drawing of a naked old man, and nudes by Jacob Epstein and Mark Gertler.
The spirit of seaside postcards is evoked by Peter Blake's Paris Postcards from the Pop Art period.
In The Buff is at Cliffe Castle until November 5. The museum is open Tuesdays to Saturdays 10am-5pm and Sundays noon-5pm.
