The Bees travel to Abbeydale Park tomorrow determined not to become Sheffield's first league victims of the season.
The former National League Three club have lost both their matches so far in North Division One.
They went down 13-10 at home to Hull Ionians and 30-21 at Driffield last week.
"Sheffield were demoted from National League Two North last season and will be desperate to get their season off the ground against us," said Bees skipper Howard Greenwood.
"They lost an awful lot last season and have started poorly this campaign, but they will see us as a side they can beat.
"We got a shock when we lost 43-9 at Darlington Mowden Park on the first day of the league season, but then again a lot of clubs are going to get shocks when they go there this season.
"And we can take heart from our victory over Hull Ionians last weekend.
"We were on top for at least 60 minutes and controlled their good players."
The only injury blow from that bruising encounter is prop Andy Smith, who could well be out for three months with ruptured knee ligaments.
Paul McCumiskey - on the bench last week - is likely to step in for him, and the rest of the side is expected to be much the same.
Otley have to choose between Dean Hardcastle and Andrew Tindall at prop for their home National League One game against Moseley, while Wharfedale have named the same side to entertain Fylde in National League two as had been picked for last weekend's postponed match at Camberley.
Cleckheaton ring the changes for their Yorkshire One match at home to Pontefract, bringing in Richard Ham at fly half, Darryl McSwiney at prop and Matt Womersley at lock.
The clubs meet, again at Moorend, in the NPI Cup two weeks tomorrow so Cleckheaton can strike a psychological blow.
Keighley should have been at Selby in the same division, but their opponents have NPI Cup commitments, so Martin Whitcombe and company travel instead to York for a club match.
Skipper Simon Atkin and winger Nick Wright, who missed last Saturday's 35-25 home defeat against Pocklington, return on the bench. Gavin Whitaker and Richard Leach retain their places.
Bradford Salem hand out two league debuts in their Yorkshire Two contest at Roundhegians.
New Zealander Jody Wall is at fly half, and John Morrell - one of Salem's former Bradford University students - is in the second row.
Baildon's coach Kenny Pollard is "quietly confident" about their trip to Wetherby in Yorkshire Four.
"The pitch is set to be heavy and that will suit our large pack," he said.
James Fitt hooks for the Jenny Laners, Terry O'Neill dropping to the bench, and Jason Taylor reverts to the wing from the back row at the expense of Matt Oddy, who is also a replacement.
