Christmas is coming early for Sutton musical director Sylvia Blackie and Riddlesden actor Gerry Griffin.
The pair are currently working with Bradford Catholic Players on its production of the musical Scrooge.
The show, due to be staged at Bradford Alhambra on November 27-December 2, is a stage version of A Christmas Carol.
Sylvia, who works with leading societies across West Yorkshire, is helping her cast rehearse songs much as Thank You Very Much for the family show.
Gerry, a regular Keighley Amateurs performer, follows Albert Finney and Anthony Newley by playing the title role in the musical.
Tickets for Scrooge can be booked at Keighley Information Centre in the town hall or by phoning 01274I 752000.
