One of the district's most successful exporters is celebrating a double success in staff training and development.
Borg Warner, which employs 450 workers on Bradford's Euroway Estate, has achieved two separate Investor in People awards for its Cooling and Turbo Systems divisions.
Both plants supply components to many of the world's most well-known manufacturers of heavy duty diesel engines and vehicles, including Caterpillar, Mercedes Benz, Perkins, Renault and Volvo.
The firm exports ninety per cent of its output and, since being founded 25 years ago, has won the Queen's Award for Exports three times.
Training and development of its staff is a key priority at the firm, which was presented with its IiP plaque and certificate by Michael Parkinson, a director of Bradford & District Training & Enterprise Council and chairman of the IiP Recognition Committee.
