Peter Beagrie is ready to put his injury problems behind him and battle for Bradford City's cause.
The 34-year-old winger has started only one Premiership match this season after picking up a torn calf muscle but would love to be included in their line up for Saturday's match at West Ham.
He said: "I have done a lot of running in the last week or so, long distance running and up and down the stands and I trained with the young players on a heavy pitch earlier this week. Now I need games to build up my strength."
Beagrie believes he can add another dimension to the team by getting behind the back of defences and delivering telling crosses.
He said: "Perhaps we have lacked some creativity and a bit of invention in our play.
"I have not lost any confidence in that I know I can play my part in getting three points for the team. The fact that I missed some matches at the beginning of the season and some training means I am fresh and ready to play."
lCity fans planning to travel to West Ham are warned that they must buy tickets before the match. There is no admission by cash on the day. Tickets are on sale at Valley Parade, price £27 for adults and £15.50 for juveniles and OAPs.
