All thoughts of Canberra will go firmly to the back of Matthew Elliott's mind as he sets about the task of ending his four-year reign at Odsal with his third trophy.
He can start to pack his bags if the Bradford Bulls don't put away arch rivals Leeds Rhinos at Odsal in tonight's elimination semi-final, but Elliott says he's not thinking along those lines.
"It's a bit like last week's result," said Elliott, referring to the Bulls' agonising last-gasp defeat at St Helens.
"You could choose to be inspired by it or you could throw in the towel, but I don't think the people in the Bulls organisation have got that in them.
"I'm not all that excited about what comes next for me because I'm too occupied by what's happening now. I can't wait for tonight.
"This is our last opportunity as a group of people to achieve something special together. I won't be saving anything up and I know the guys won't be either.
"They've been working their backsides off since last November, giving everything every week out on the park, so they've a huge investment in what's happened so far.
"This is much more about them than Matthew Elliott," he added, although win or lose a special presentation is planned by the club to mark what will definitely be his last match at Odsal.
One of Elliott's biggest decisions will be whether to recall skipper Robbie Paul, who came on as a substitute in the defeat at St Helens, or give the scrum half's role to Paul Deacon.
The winners of tonight's clash will travel to play Wigan next Saturday with whoever wins that match going on to the Grand Final at Old Trafford the following Saturday.
St Helens booked their place in the Grand Final with a stunning 54-16 victory over Wigan at the JJB Stadium last night.
Leeds have had their distractions with coach Dean Lance and winger Paul Sterling involved in an untimely legal battle.
But Lance says: "I have been able to do all the tactical training from Thursday onwards, so there have been no major disruptions and we are all looking forward to getting the game underway."
The Rhinos will be without the services of Aussie forward Jamie Mathiou who is ruled out with a shoulder injury.
Former Odsal winger Graham Mackay moves into the starting line-up with Sterling on the bench after struggling with knee and ankle injuries.
Gates open at 3.30pm and the curtain-raiser will be the Academy final eliminator between Wakefield and Wigan (3.45pm).
Pre-match entertainment with 'The Blues Brothers' commences at 5.30pm.
