Real-Ale fan John Hirst and his wife Jenny were winners of Keighley brewers Timothy Taylor's first ever web site competition.
John, a CAMRA member for over 20 years, worked out the correct answer and sent in the form.
Timothy Taylor's finance director Steve Drinkwater, who devised the questions, says: "It was all a bit of fun. Every answer referred to Timothy Taylor, the brewery and our beers.
"We try to make our website as interesting and user-friendly as possible, so we thought we'd devise a suitable competition.
"It ran for two months and we received many correct entries from all over the country."
John and Jenny collected a cheque for £250, plus a selection of Timothy Taylor gear including a cool bag, sweat shirts, polo shirts and glasses. They also took away two cases of bottled Landlord.
After a guided tour of the Knowle Spring brewery with head brewer Peter Eells, the couple enjoyed lunch at the Albert Hotel.
John says: "We had a superb day and will remember it for a long time. As a real ale enthusiast I found the tour of the brewery fascinating.
"I first heard of the competition when a fellow CAMRA member e-mailed me. I will certainly be buying him a pint - Landlord of course!"
