After 25 years without leaving the confines of his home and garden, larger-than-life Bradfordian Jack Taylor stepped out into the full glare of national TV.
Fittingly for Jack, who tips the scales at 49-stone, his star appearance came on Channel 4's Big Breakfast show. The 55-year-old former security guard typically used to get through six eggs, bacon and a loaf of bread for his morning meal.
Gentle giant Jack attracted national interest after the Telegraph & Argus exclusively revealed the story of his self-imposed confinement through a fear of people starting at his large frame.
