Victoria Rangers midfielder Jamie Pyrah inspired his side's comeback in a West Riding County Cup first round replay against visitors Scholes.
Rangers fell 3-1 behind before Pyrah took control, scoring once and creating other goals as they won 5-3.
Monkey were edged out 2-1 at Leeds side St Nicholas while Oakenshaw won 3-1 at Kippax Band Club.
East Bowling Unity eased into the third round of the Senior League Cup with a 6-2 win over Stanley Road. Road defended well until two goals just before half-time put Unity into a lead they never looked like losing. Gary Shaw completed a hat-trick while the one bright spot for Road was two well-taken goals by recent signing Darren White.
In a dour game, two own goals from the Queensbury defence saw Bolton Woods through to the third round 2-0.
In the second round of the Intermediate Cup Queens Athletic went through with a comfortable 7-0 win over Waggoners.
Although Wibsey opened the scoring with a clever headed goal by Joe Bericz, they went on to lose 7-2 to Junction with hat-tricks for Micky Diamond and Karl Trenney. Abid Yakthob added a seventh before Steve Smith got a consolation.
Oddys were 2-0 down in a classic tie against Albion Sports Reserves, but Lee Reidey and Kevin Archer took the game into extra time. Sports took the lead again but in the 120th minute Neil Lucey levelled to take the tie into penalties. He then stepped up to convert the vital kick.
West Bowling didn't have things all their own way in their third round clash against fellow Division 1A side Bank Top. The Bowling defence had some difficult moments and Bank Top led 4-2 at one stage before Bowling hit back to win 5-4, the deciding goal coming from a Tommy Lawler penalty.
Royal won the Clayton derby against Quarry 2-1. Quarry manager Barry Peacock, making a rare appearance, put his side ahead before a deflection from a free kick brought the scores level. Clayton won the match with a late goal from Mark Cawthra.
Unbeaten St Pats, facing a big game against Bradford Moor on Sunday, tuned up with a comfortable 7-1 win over Post Office.
Also in seventh heaven were Junction who overpowered Wibsey Reserves 7-2, Carl Trenery and Micky Diamond scoring hat-tricks.
In the Amateur Cup it was a good day for Sajid Shah as he scored Heaton United's first and third goals with Mohammed Arif grabbing the second in the 3-1 second round win at Bangladeshi Youth.
It's now eight wins in a row wins for Prince Arthur although they had to go to extra time against Oakworth Juniors. Barry Benson scored four and Lee Allen one in their 5-3 victory.
Wheatsheaf's Andrew Yates hit four goals in their 5-1 win at New Inn with Andrew Bartle also scoring.
Danny Moore's 30-yard shot was the best of his three goals in a 6-2 win for Buttershaw White Star against Bankfoot Lions, although he was outshone by Daz Nero's 18-yard strike and man-of-the-match performance.
