Firefighters from Keighley's Blue Watch raised £400 for Comic Relief with a sponsored head shave.
Twelve of the watch decided on the skin-head look after firefighter Adam Paley announced that he would have it done if they could raise £50 for Comic Relief.
Adam says: "We only decided at the last minute, so we didn't have time to collect many sponsors. We had hoped to collect a bit more money but we were called out to a fire.
"All our family and friends sponsored us though, to help raise the money."
Two hairdressers from Vogue Hair and Beauty salon on Cavendish Street, Leanne Dixon and Gemma Jackson, went to Keighley fire station to carry out the head shave.
Leanne says: "It's the first time I've done this and it was a bit of fun to raise money for Comic Relief."
The event was a success and fire fighter Martin Roberts likes the look so much that he is considering keeping his head shaved.
Station Officer Mick Smith says: "We haven't done this before, but we do like to do stuff for charity.
"I'm really pleased with the lads and the effort they've put in as a team."
