Bradford people were warned last night about employing
"moonlighters" to do their decorating. Mr Reg Wood, president of the Bradford Metro Branch of the British Decorators Association, said at the annual dinner that anyone who used non-association members was not getting any protection on bad workmanship. All members of the association have a code of practice which gives a guarantee that if any work is not done properly the British Decorators Association will put it right, he said.
