Daio Powell's career could have come to an end during the match at Whitehaven.

Powell (right) was replaced just after the re-start with a broken arm and could now struggle to get back.

An arm injury put him out action when he was playing with Super League side Sheffield-Huddersfield and he then spent time in Australia before returning to join Keighley.

He spent several weeks rebuilding his fitness before joining the senior squad in January. Several times he has looked injured, but has played through the pain, this latest injury could force him to reconsider his place in the professional game.
