Bulls coach Brian Noble admits his side have work to do ahead of the Challenge Cup final despite ending Wigan's unbeaten record at Valley Parade yesterday to go top of Super League for the first time this season.
The Bulls raced into a 20-0 lead by the interval but were clinging on at the finish as the Warriors cashed in on a catalogue of errors before finally succumbing 35-24.
"We hardly made a mistake in the first half," said Noble. "But we stopped doing the things that proved successful before the break.
"When we fix the little things we will get even better. I know that once we get all the facets of the game together we are going to be a pretty tough team.
"I'm not going to complain too much though. We haven't beaten Wigan for a couple of years and we played some super rugby which is what we're trying to do this year."
Overall he was delighted at the way his side bounced back from their shock 16-12 defeat at Wakefield.
"Thursday was so disappointing for everybody involved, but the only way to respond is in your next game and what bigger game could you want than Wigan," said Noble.
Noble had special praise for centre Scott Naylor who has struggled to find his best form so far this term.
"I thought it was his best show of the season and I am very pleased for him," added Noble.
"He's a smart man. He recognises the fact that he hasn't been playing well. We've talked about it and perhaps he has been thinking too much about his game.
"I've stuck with him because he's a quality player and I think he will only get better now."
Wigan boss Frank Endacott was gracious in defeat despite a big effort over Easter which produced only a point from Friday's draw with St Helens.
"The St Helens game took a lot out of us," said Endacott. "It was one of the fastest games I've seen for a long time and it sapped a lot of energy.
"But I don't want to take anything away from Bradford because they deserved to win."
