Bradford's economy could be about to reap the benefits from a shortage of office space in Leeds.
A new report shows that Leeds, which saw its highest ever take up of office space last year, looks likely to become a victim of its own success.
Property consultants Chesterton found that the amount of available space in the city, which stood at 23,285 square metres in 1998, had fallen to 3,800 this year.
Director of Business Space, Jeff Pearey, said: "Some companies could end up favouring nearby cities such as York, Sheffield and Bradford."
