Quarry rounded off their season in Bradford Sunday Alliance Division 1A with a creditable display at champions West Bowling.
Bowling, who won the title when Baildon Trinity failed to turn up in midweek, led by a first half Chris Wood goal but Quarry were unlucky not to be at least on level terms denied only by a quality display from Bowling's last line of defence.
A second Wood goal confirmed the champions' three points with Quarry getting a deserved goal from Paul Collett in the 85th minute.
Albion Sports Reserves and St Pat's both stayed in the Division 1B promotion race with Albion beating Royal Clayton 3-0 and St Pat's too strong for Station winning 4-1 with Mark Whitford and Matthew Brogden sharing the goals.
While Calverley Victoria Reserves assured 1B football next season with a 5-2 win over Dudley Hill Reserves, Wrose Albion failed to move out of the bottom two after a 5-1 defeat by Chellow.
Fourth placed Junction had Darren Dalton on hat-trick duty in a 3-0 win against Woodman Rovers.
Queensbury's teenager Andy Atkinson had a field day against Malt Kiln bagging five in a 9-2 Division 2A win. Adam Todd, Paul Armour and Paul Craig all added goals. David Clancey continued his scoring form playing out of the sticks by adding a ninth.
Wyke virtually clinched the title after winning 3-1 at home to Eccleshill CC. Dave Moffatt weighed in with two penalties, Andy Beckwith adding a third.
Wibsey WM Reserves moved a step nearer promotion from Division 2B after doing the double over Horse & Groom 5-2. Sean Regan showed why he is the leading scorer with another hat-trick. Teenager Mark Betts dropped into the second team and bagged a brace.
Red Lion suffered a home defeat at the hands of Wrose Old Boys in Division 3A. Hit man Sylvester Warner putting in a hat-trick. Martin Benson weighed in with a couple, Johnny O'Hearn and Richard Edgington both added.
Buttershaw White Star went six games out of six without defeat in Division 3B after beating Fountain Reserves 4-3. Paul Blake and Andy Butterworth setting the tone before John Singh sealed the win with two.
