Law firm Last Cawthra Feather has signalled a review with the appointment of a new senior partner.
Geoffrey Cawthra, who has held the post with the company, which has offices in Bradford, Ilkley and Shipley, since 1988, has handed over the reigns to Jonathan Wright.
Mr Wright will head the business's Property department and seek to continue its growth, which has seen turnover increase by 25 per cent over the last two years.
Also Chairman of Age Concern Bradford and the Goit Side Regeneration Partnership, Mr Wright said: "It's an exciting time for law firms and Last Cawthra Feather in particular.
"Companies are experiencing changes in the way legal services are delivered to the public to improve quality and efficiency, with increased use of IT and the Internet.
"I aim to ensure that we are ready for these changes and can meet the challenges businesses face. Our mission is to work in partnership with each of our clients to achieve their commercial and personal aims efficiently, cost effectively and within agreed timescales."
Mr Cawthra will be responsible for the continuing developmetn of Trusts, Wills and Probate and Inheritance Tax law for the company.
Managing Partner Simon Stell said: "Geoffrey's experience and knowledge will ensure the Trusts, Wills and Probate department's continued growth, while Jonathan's expertise and commitment to the community, both through business and as an individual, is an asset to the firm."
