A pub will be hosting a beer festival next week to raise money for an outdoor rescue service that saved some of their customers nine years ago.
The Turkey Inn, at Goose Eye, will host the festival between May 3 and 7, to raise funds for the Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Fund.
Landlord Harry Brisland says: "They rescued some of our customers in the past and I go caving up in the Dales in Ingleton and Kettlewell, so we try to raise a lot of money.
"This will be the second beer festival we've had for them and last year was successful -- we raised about £600."
There will be about 20 beers on offer, including a selection of Mr Brisland's own brews. These include Turkey Bitter, Lost John's, Dow Cave and Black Shiver.
Tickets for each night are priced at £3, which includes a glass of beer, and all admission prices will go to the Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue fund.
For further details on the festival telephone Mr Brisland on 01535 681339.
