The Sunday Alliance Premier Division title is still a couple of weeks off being finalised, so attention at the weekend focused on the relegation issue.
With Ventus already down, the second place looks to be between Wibsey WMC and Calverley Victoria.
With Calverley having no game this week Wibsey had the chance to overtake them, but after leading 1-0 at half-time at Bolton Woods the Working Men's Club were turned over in the second half. The equaliser came from Kevin Woodhead and Nick Hey scored twice to make sure to seal Woods' win that took them to third position in the league.
Oakenshaw, who got the points needed in midweek to ensure Premier Division football next season, were 6-2 winners at Ventus. Full back Mark Taylor scored his side's first two goals and midfield skipper Adam Hughes weighed in with another couple.
The First Division championship and relegation issues were settled without any action on the field.
Fairweather Green took the title when Westwood surrendered their outside promotion chance by failing to raise a side.
And Wyke Wanderers, who are relegated along with Victoria Rangers and Springfield, gave Wrose Bull the three points to put the second promotion place on ice. Bull now have to wait to see if Pudsey can win their last six games to match their 51 points and possibly be promoted on goal difference.
Bottom club Clayton Orient, making a late fight to beat relegation from Division 1A were 2-1 winners at Monkey where keeper Paul Mitchell saved what could be a vital penalty.
Albion Sports Reserves, with a game in hand and three points behind Division 1B leaders St Pat's, were surprisingly beaten at Woodman Rovers who because of weekend rugby trips had to play the majority of their 2B team.
Simon Townsend's 30-yarder clinched the win after Taj Singh had equalised Paul Thacker's opener.
Carl Trenery scored twice in Junction's 4-1 win at Calverley Victoria Reserves.
The FA Sunday Cup semi-final between Hounds and Friendly was postponed for a third time and is now arranged for Thursday - the original date for the final at Woodlesford.
