Teenager Ryan Senior was the toast of his East Bowling Unity colleagues after hitting a hat-trick as they lifted the Senior League Cup in the Bradford Sunday Alliance at Eccleshill.

There were chances for both teams before Albion equalised after 80 minutes through their experienced striker Taj Singh.

In extra-time Albion keeper John Hawkes gave his side a boost when he saved a Gary Shaw penalty but his joy was short-lived.

Senior raced through to lob the giant keeper and restore the lead.

Hawkes thwarted Unity again injuring himself in the process and when Senior completed his hat-trick in the dying moments the keeper had left the field.
