A new men's suiting material, a mixture of the Du Pont company's new synthetic fibre, Dacron, and apparel wool will appear in US shops by early June. The fabric is called Viracle and is said to be 45 per cent wool and 55 per cent Dacron. It is claimed to require fewer pressings than an ordinary suit, and to hold a crease after immersion in water.
