Kenrick Marshall was on top form as he led Rawdon to convincing league and cup victories.
The all-rounder produced scintillating innings of 92 not out and 99 against Steeton and Kirkstall respectively, as well as chipping in with three for 98 in the league triumph over Steeton.
They hit 249 for six in the league clash, Mark Hedges top-scoring with 67, and they looked to be on course for a comfortable victory with the home side struggling at 130 for six.
However, Marshall and Dennis Rock (40 not out) made an unbeaten 121 in just 10.2 overs to clinch a memorable victory for Rawdon.
Marshall followed this up with 99 as Rawdon hit 315 for four against Kirkstall in the Waddilove Cup before going on to clinch a 136-run triumph.
Holders Burley eased past Skipton's 107 to record a six-wicket win, David Brook top-scoring with 50.
Last season's beaten finalists Guiseley also enjoyed a comfortable passage to the next round, Barry McCormick's 96 helping them to 287 for five against Pool Mills, who were skittled for 161.
Calverley came out on top in a high-scoring clash with Steeton as Steve Alred top-scored with 72 out of 240 for six. In reply, Grant Lindsay hit 81 only for Steeton to be bowled out for 222 with five balls remaining.
Harden's debut in the competition ended with defeat at home to Adel, who posted 233 for eight, Ian Jones hitting 64. Harden were dismissed for just 128.
Silsden were also well beaten at home to Alwwodley, while Ilkley enjoyed a five-wicket triumph over Horsforth.
Batting first, Horsforth notched 204 for six, only for Phil Moffatt's 59 not out to see Ilkley home.
Hall Park comfortably passed Otley's 108 for the loss of just one wicket, Simon Walsh leading the way with an unbeaten 61.
In the league, Guiseley were frustrated by Collingham as the visitors held on for a point at 144 for seven in reply to the home side's 226 for eight.
Skipton crashed to a 172-run defeat at home to Follifoot, while Menston also lost heavily on their own ground against Beckwith-shaw.
David Brook hit 76 as Burley amassed 265 for eight in Division B against Calverley, Richard Brook offering useful support with 57.
In reply, Nigel Topham hit 48 not out as Calverley finished on 206 for five.
Skipper Jonathan Hughes made an unbeaten 60 out of Ilkley's 203, but that never looked like being enough against Otley as David Taylor (87 not out) led the visitors to an eight-wicket triumph.
Toby Coch's unbeaten 131 also helped Green Lane to a nine-wicket win over Illingworth.
In Division C, James Trees hit a superb 104 for Thackley, but it was not enough to prevent Bardsey passing their target of 193 for the loss of just three wickets.
The lowest total of the day belonged to Upper Wharfedale, who were dismmised for just 29 in reply to Pool's 157.
