The synchronised swimming team from the Girls Grammar School, Bradford are the new national champions.
They beat off competition from nine other sides to win the national schools crown at Stoke on Trent.
The girls won the competition with 63.933 marks.
They finished ahead of second placed Haberdashers Askes School, Elstree with Turton High School, Bolton taking third position.
The team of Amelia Hodgson, Emma Holdsworth, Sita Jindal, Katy Newbegin, Eloise Roberts, Rachel Ruddiman, Janet Scott and Felicity Underwood put in a great deal of work to prepare for the event.
The girls were coached by Gill Hovell and fellow pupil Natalia Bottomley, a member of the North East Counties synchronised squad.
Hovell said: "The girls' performance was outstanding.
"It all came together on the big day. Most of the team only started synchronised swimming 12 months ago, but their hard work and hours of practice paid off when they took the title."
