Machete-wielding teenagers are causing havoc in Braithwaite.
Residents say they are living in fear of youths hanging around Coronation Way.
The claims were made at a recent meeting of Braithwaite Neighbourhood Forum.
Recent incidents include balaclava-wearing thugs throwing stones, jumping on cars, ripping off roof slates and brandishing weapons just feet away from where children play.
Braithwaite People's Association is now setting up video cameras to keep a watch on the area.
And residents have also asked Bradford Council to spend money earmarked for double glazing on CCTV cameras instead.
They have demanded tough police action to tackle the problems. One resident claimed youths had been seen swinging machetes around.
Braithwaite community constable PC Cliff Ashton said police were taking action and trouble spots were being patrolled by officers.
Bradford Council's Braithwaite housing officer Meg Sherratt urged residents to keep diaries of trouble on the estate.
Problems in the area will be discussed at a meeting of Keighley Anti-Crime Partnership, chaired by Chief Inspector Roger Gasson of Keighley police.
The meeting will be attended by residents and other community representatives.
