Skipper Robbie Paul has spoken of his desire to keep his deadly partnership with brother Henry in Bulls colours next season.
The Kiwi internationals have been in stunning form in the club's charge to the top of Super League.
But while Robbie is tied to the club until the end of the 2003 season elder brother Henry appears to be stalling on a new deal despite weeks of negotiations.
"I have been leaning on him and he certainly knows where I want him to be next year,"admitted Robbie.
"I am enjoying our partnership more than ever and want it to continue. Things are going well and I think we can continue to improve.
"There has been a lot of expectation on our shoulders since he came to Bradford but we expect more from ourselves than anyone.
"But I understand that he has to make the decision for himself and whatever it is he will get my support."
Henry had pledged to make up his mind soon after the Challenge Cup final but delays over an announcement have heightened fears among some Bulls fans that he may be tempted by offers from England Rugby Union bosses or from NRL clubs in Australia.
But Bulls chief executive Abi Ekoku says he is not overly concerned by the current situation.
"We are still happy to wait for Henry as we appreciate it is a big decision for him.
"The time will come not too far down the line when we will need to know his plans though as we will need to make other arrangements if he moves on. We remain pretty optimistic though."
Henry is in his third season at Odsal after previous coach Matthew Elliott swooped to land him from Wigan.
He was the supporters' player-of-the-year last season and has earned rave reviews again this term.
A highlight of the present campaign has been his outstanding goalkicking which saw him claim a new world record with 35 successive kicks on target.
In all this term he has landed 89 goals from 103 attempts, an amazing accuracy rate of 86.4%.
The Paul brothers are also the darlings of the highly successful Bulls' marketing machine making scores of public appearances to promote the club.
