By encouraging young people to join, Keighley Model Railway Club was helping to curb vandalism, said the Deputy Lord Mayor of Bradford, Coun. Arnold Lightowler, when he opened the club's exhibition. "I am extremely pleased that in view of the problems in society created through vandalism, your club has taken positive action in forming a junior section," he said.

The house, which is modernised, contains: living room with tiled fireplace, side-scullery with porcelain sink, hot and cold, two bedrooms, bathroom with panelled bath and pedestal bowl, hot and cold, cellar, separate outside lavatory, electric light. Sold with vacant possession, the house's rateable value is £10.
