A Canadian national is accused of the murder of a Keighley man.
Terence James Ralph, 44, of Fairfield, Denholme, who has lived in the UK for six years, appeared before Bingley Magistrates on Tuesday, charged with the murder of Peter Hartley, 58, of Braithwaite.
The body of Mr Hartley, who suffered from a breathing-related disability was found at a Braithwaite address in the early hours of Sunday.
Ralph was remanded in custody and committed to appear at Bradford Crown Court on Tuesday.
