Bradford City are not in the chase for Huddersfield goalkeeper Nico Vaesen.
Town's Belgian stopper has been linked with a move away from the McAlpine.
Former boss Steve Bruce is favourite to land Vaesen at Crystal Palace. But City's name was also thrown into the hat in one report.
Bantams boss Jim Jefferies laughed off the link, however, and said: "People know we are looking for another goalkeeper and somebody's just put our name in. There's no truth in it."
He also rejected a claim by Bari's Moroccan defender Rachid Neqrouz that City had made an enquiry.
"I've never heard of the player," said Jefferies.
"I'll probably make a few calls this week to find out where we stand with a couple of players. But there is nothing moving at the moment."
