Two people have been injured after attacks on shops and a restaurant in Bingley during a night of skirmishes across the Bradford district.
Restaurants in Bingley, Girlington and Wibsey were all attacked during the unrest last night.
In Bingley, a woman was left with facial injuries and man with minor head and arm injuries following attacks at a restaurant and two other shops in Main Street at about 11.30pm.
The police helicopter was scrambled to support the hunt for offenders and two white men were seized within two hours of the incident.
Both suspects, aged 21 and 26, were arrested in connection with criminal damage while one was also found to be in possession of an offensive weapon.
A third person, a 17-year-old Asian male, was arrested in connection with criminal damage after a separate attack at a restaurant in Girlington last night.
And in the third attack, the window of a pizza shop was smashed during an incident in Wibsey.
Pizza Abalino in High Street, was targeted at around 1am yesterday.
Owner Parvez Khan said he received a phone call from a friend who informed him that the window had been smashed and that in the three years they had been there, they had never had a window smashed.
Mr Parvez said he also called the police on Sunday evening (July 8), when, he said a group of white men taunted him with racist abuse.
Chief Superintendent Simon Willsher said of last night's attacks: "Although these were isolated incidents it was fortunate we were not dealing with far more serious injuries to members of the public.
"We will simply not tolerate this type of violence in our communities and we are determined to track down these people.
"We hope this prompt action serves as a clear warning to others.
"Thanks to positive policing and high profile patrols there were few reported incidents across the district over night and we are looking to the continued support from the community in our efforts to return to normality on the streets of Bradford."
Meanwhile, the cause of a blaze which damaged the Shah Jehan restaurant is being investigated by fire experts.
Crews from Bradford and Odsal were called to the fire at the restaurant in Little Horton Lane at about 6.30am today Friday.
The restaurant, on the outskirts of Bradford city centre, was left with minor damage to the front door and entrance area but there were no injuries.
