Nineteen-year-old Isaac Wood is in training for a charity canoe marathon.
Isaac, from Bracken Bank, Keighley, aims to canoe the length of the Leeds-Liverpool Canal and raise money for the Airedale and Wharfedale Autistic Resource Group.
The group works to help families with autistic children providing support and specialist help.
The marathon canoe session will take Isaac through two tunnels, around 60 locks and along the 126 miles of canal.
He is planning to set off today - Friday 13th - and hopes to complete the challenge in two days.
"I have done it before as part of a relay group, but since then it has been a personal challenge to complete the whole length myself," he said.
Isaac works for Sterling Surveys, a national company which has its northern headquarters at the Keighley Business Centre.
