Baildon are on course for a Priestley Cup and Shield double.
While their first team were beating Bradford and Bing-ley in the cup at Jenny Lane, their second team were knocking out Pudsey Congs in the shield in a match that didn't finish until five past nine following a 142-minute break for rain.
Congs, re-instated in the shield when Bankfoot were kicked out of the competition for fielding an ineligible player, were bowled out for 144 after being in a promis-ing position at 89 for two following a third-wicket stand of 51 between opener Shane Blanchard (46) and Nigel Unsworth (24).
The innings fell away badly, though, after Uns-worth was out.
Blanchard followed at the same score and Congs lost their last six wickets for 51 runs.
Only Andre Stolarski held the innings together and he was last out for 45.
Will Smith took three for 29 and leg-spinner Jamie Abbott, three for 28 for Bail-don.
Baildon did not have things all their own way and the result was in doubt after they lost three wickets for 54, but James Butterfield held the innings together and he and Paul Kirby put the result beyond doubt with a fifth-wicket stand of 53.
By the time Butterfield was out for 50, Baildon needed only eight runs to win and they achieved their objective with nine overs to spare.
Woodlands beat First Division Cleckheaton at home by ten wickets in the other semi-final and so reached the Shield final in their first season in the league.
Cleckheaton's main resistance came from James Marshall, who arrived at the wicket at 31 for three and was ninth out at 114, having made 55, including eight fours.
The last wicket fell without addition to the score and Woodlands cruised to victory with Craig Wood 84 and David Buchanan 24.
Baildon were also in good form in the league, beating Brighouse at home by six wickets.
Abbott took five for 35 as Brighouse were restricted to 138 for nine and Butterfield was top-scorer with 65 not out, including three sixes and seven fours.
John Ireland took seven for 83 in 25 overs in Spen Victoria's two-wicket win at Cleckheaton, but they only had three balls to spare in beating their local rivals.
Cleckheaton scored 165 for nine, mainly thanks to a 66-run eighth-wicket stand between top scorer Guy Blackshaw (51) and Dave Marshall (23).
Opener James Baker (44) and Philip Dibb (43) held the Spen innings together before the scraped home in a tense finish.
There was another tense finish at Wagon Lane where Bradford and Bingley held out for a point with their last pair at the wicket against Yeadon.
Kevin Gilks (81) and Jim Todd (40) shared an opening stand of 113 and Sajjad Ijaz scored 86 not out as Yeadon totalled 245 for seven.
Bingley were going well at 135 for two, Gary Topp making 72 and Sajad Haider, 43, but they then lost four wickets for 12 runs and were happy to settle for a point.
Pudsey St Lawrence had three half-century makers in their 13-run win at Gomersal.
Philip Wilson scored 68 and Nigel Rider (74) and David Robertshaw (54). The latter pair shared an unbroken sixth-wicket stand of 132 as Pudsey totalled 229 for five.
East Bierley batsman Paul Huddlestone was the day's only century-maker with 121 out of 245 for seven, but home team Hanging Heaton settled for a draw at 194 for nine.
