Club owner John Pennington is urging Bradford businesses to take part in a special 'post-riot' action meeting.
All members of Bradford's business community are being encouraged to join forces on Monday to draw up a plan to help revive the district's shell-shocked economy.
Boost Bradford Business is being put together by Mr Pennington, the president-elect of the Bradford Chamber of Commerce, with the support of the Telegraph & Argus.
He said: "We want to involve people who have never voiced their opinion before.
"The aim is to get everyone involved, from the one-man firm to medium sized companies and the big ones - I've been talking to Sunwin House."
Conservative estimates by insurance experts put the damage and loss of revenue suffered by local businesses during the disturbances at £15 million.
Car chain JCT600's Lister Park BMW dealership, which was completely burnt out in the violence, was one of the worst hit - with a repair bill expected to reach £5.5 million.
The firm, which will resume business from new temporary premises in Northbrook Street on Monday, is giving the meeting its full support.
Group marketing manager Christine Gilliver said: "JCT600 will definitely be represented because we've all been set back years by what's happened, it's terrible, and we need to do something.
"So getting leading business people together to put forward positive ideas about how to reclaim lost ground has to be welcomed."
Four key points are due to be discussed at Monday's meeting:
l A campaign to show the district in a good light, using Bradford Council's marketing team
l The possibility of a month long moratorium on business rates
lSetting up a free bus service into Bradford
l An emphasis on the need for self-help within the business community.
The meeting will take place at Pennington's Club in Manningham Lane at 6pm, with entry granted on production of a business card or company letterhead.
