Bradford South Labour MP, Mr. Tom Torney, has accused the Government of failing to act to deal with the problem of stray dogs and to meet the rabies threat. He plans to press the Prime Minister and two other Ministers to say what action they propose to take. The problem of stray dogs on Bradford's council estates, like Woodside, was growing and had to be dealt with, he said.
