Conservationists are welcoming visitors back into the grounds of Denso Marston's factory in Baildon. The specially created nature reserve off Otley Road has been reopened to the public and a new warden appointed.
Steve Warrillow, instrumental in creating the wildlife area ten years ago, will now care for the reserve and restore areas damaged during last autumn's floods. He is pictured right with helpers Eddie Crank and Billy Crine. Park co-ordinator Andrew Clark said: "Steve's appointment is in recognition of all the hard work he's put into the project. It helps give the facility a bit more status and will provide someone people can go to with any enquiries."
