Batley pattern book manufacturer Meritmill has not let having its building re-roofed interfere with business.
With deadlines to meet, the firm, which produces patterns for fabric and curtain manufacturers, needed to ensure work was carried out with minimum disruption.
The solution came from Gildersome company Rogerson Group (Roofing), which fitted the 150-year-old mill's new roof without affecting the working areas below.
Meritmill's Angus Shaw, said: "We have been working to capacity recently so we couldn't have done it any other way, because any disruption would have been costly."
The £100,000 contract was completed in 13 weeks.
