Budding Bradford ballet stars were given a masterclass by one of Britain's most famous ballet companies.
Dance artist Gareth Griffiths, of the Birmingham Royal Ballet, was at the Alhambra Studio to coach youngsters from stage schools across the district. They were taught dances from shows the company will be performing in its autumn season at the Alhambra, including Swan Lake and Still Life at the Penguin Caf.
Natalie Stock, 11, of Odsal, Bradford, said: "Although some of it has been hard, I've really enjoyed it." Mr Griffiths, pictured putting seven-year-old Chloe Murray through her paces, said he was impressed with the
talented
youngsters, who put on a brief show for their
parents after the lessons.
He said: "They have done
really well and achieved a lot in just an
afternoon''
