A business dispute escalated into violence when two groups of Asian men clashed at the junction of Donisthorpe Street and Ryan Street, West Bowling, Bradford, last night.
One 25-year-old Bradford man was stabbed in the abdomen and a 23-year-old man suffered head injuries in the incident which happened at 7.10pm.
The pair were taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary for treatment. The 23-year-old was later discharged but the 25-year-old is still at the hospital and is in a stable condition. His injuries are not life-threatening.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said three men aged 45, 38 and 23, all from Bradford, had been arrested in connection with violent disorder and assault and were in custody at Bradford Central Police Station.
Inquires were continuing and police appealed for anyone with information to contact Bradford South Police on (01274) 376459.
