Detectives trying to identify suspects involved in the Bradford riots were expecting three more men to hand themselves in today.
On Friday Detective Chief Superintendent Max McLean, who is leading the inquiry, released 20 more photographs of men he wanted to question in connection with the troubles.
This came just a week after he exclusively revealed the pictures of 20 suspects in the Telegraph & Argus.
Since the second appeal was published, police have received more than 200 calls from the public and four men have handed themselves in.
West Yorkshire Police Duty Inspector Roy Cuthbertson said: "We have been overwhelmed by the response from the people of Bradford and we would urge them to continue to give us more information.
"We have had information on all 20 pictures and four men handed themselves in just hours after the appeal on Friday. Another three men have said they will visit a police station today."
Insp Cuthbertson said 16 out of a total of 40 men whose pictures were published in the media have now handed themselves in.
Anyone with information about the suspects should contact the police on the specially- designed e-mail address brad fordriots@westyorkshire.pnn.police.uk or call (01274) 376915 or (01274) 376916, which have Urdu-speaking operators.
