A trio of Otley players represented their County in Yorkshire 18 Clubs 25-15 win over Cheshire at Birkenhead Park RUFC.
The side was led by flanker Joe Bennett with club colleague Liam Duffy appearing at centre. However, it was left winger Leon Clarke who caught the eye as he scored Yorkshire's opening try just before half-time and made the break that allowed full-back Andrew Greaves from Wath to add a further score.
Yorkshire's win was more comfortable than the scoreline suggests as late subtitutions disrupted the side and allowed Cheshire back into the game with two tries in the last five minutes.
All of the Otley trio made a contribution to the win and can now look forward to the next fixture against Cumbria at Aspatria RUFC on Sunday, October 21.
