Bradford Junior Chamber of Commerce questions the future of the new Odsal Sports complex and says it could be another "white elephant". In a survey prepared for the movement's national conference, the Junior Chamber says that lack of capital, maintenance and improvement to the ground have caused interest in Odsal Stadium to diminish.
